MMA for FITNESS

MMA for Fitness and Self-Defence is suitable for male and female participants of all fitness levels. The modified MMA drills and exercises are designed to provide a blend of striking, grappling, takedown and 'ground 'n pound' skills that provide a great workout and very practical self-defense skills.
