7 A SIDE SOCCER

The Redcliffe PCYC summer 7 a side competition runs from September to December annually with all games held at the PCYC grounds on 2 3/4 fields using full size goals.

The format for this competition is simple;

  • Normal fifa rules
  • No slide tackles
  • No off-sides
  • All players registered as individual registrants (not teams)
  • 20min each way games with no half-time

Players are seeded and then drawn out of the hat to fill each team, of 12 players (5 subs), by organisers, with a total of 8 teams taking part.

There are 3 competition categories:

  • OVER 35's
  • Open Premier
  • OPEN Metro

The annual sign-on is held at the Redcliffe PCYC during September. Specific sign-on dates and times when finalised will be posted on this webpage for 2011.

There is an all up front fee of $60.00 including rego, game fees & (shirt hire Social only) to cut down on admin.

All players must be current PCYC members.
