SOFTBALL

Softball is played outdoors and offers a wide range of competition levels from T-Ball to Senior Age Groups and Mixed Teams.

As a team sport for female and males of all ages and abilities Softball offers participants many benefits:

• Shared enjoyment with friends and family

• Increased physical activity and mental alertness
• Sense of belonging to a community with shared interests
• Improved life skills, including quick thinking, loyalty, sense of responsibility, heightened concentration, judgment, discipline and teamwork

SOFTBALL SIGN ON 2011-2012

Redcliffe PCYC, Klingner Road, Kippa-Ring.

• Sunday 14th August 2011 - 10.00am to 1.00pm
• Anytime during normal business hours at the Redcliffe PCYC office.

Soccer Clubhouse end of Boardman Ave Oval

• Every Tuesday from 4.00pm to 5.00pm

• All fees must be paid in full by 15th September
• New junior players need to bring proof of age
• All players must complete the player registration form

Cash or Cheque payments must be brought to the PCYC, along with the completed registration form.

Credit card payments* can be made in person or by completing the credit card payment section of your registration form and faxing or mailing it to:

*PLEASE NOTE: The transmission by fax or delivery by post of credit card information is done entirely at your own risk.

REGISTRATION FEES

• Discounts apply if you have a current PCYC Membership and to families with 2 or more children/adults playing.
• Weekly game fees will be collected to help cover equipment cost and trophies.
• All new U13 & T-Ball players receive a free fielding glove or softball if fees are paid in full at time of sign on.
• Fees include PCYC Membership and access to club facilities.

SELECTION:

Team selections will be on Tuesday 16th August 2011 at the Soccer Clubhouse end of the field.

• T-Ball and U13 4.00pm - 5.00pm
• U15 and U17 5.00pm - 6.00pm
• Seniors, 17 & Open 6.30pm - 8.00pm

Training is generally held once a week. Teams will be notified of times and dates.
