Squash
Squash is a physically demanding racquet sport. Redcliffe PCYC has 2 glass backed squash courts available for use.
Squash is a game of non stop action, so fitness is important.
As squash is an indoor sport it can be played at any time in any season. Playing in an enclosed area means players spend more time hitting the ball than chasing it. This sport is endorsed world wide, with 15 million people playing social and competitive squash.
Technically squash is a game of stroke play, tactics, positive mental attitude and fitness. Squash fosters and assists with the development of good hand and eye co-ordination, balance and control.
