JUNIOR BOOT CAMP

Junior Boot Camp is a great way for boys and girls 8-13 years to improve strength, fitness, body composition and coordination in a fun filled, never boring and positive environment.

Sessions typically involve exercises, challenges, games and drills using a variety of body weight, equipment and terrain options in and around the Redcliffe PCYC.

Please download and complete the pre-exercise form. You will need to bring the completed form to the first session attended.

WHEN & WHERE

Every WEDNESDAY 3.45pm to 4:30pm
Exercise Yard, Redcliffe PCYC, Klingner Road.

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING

  • Sports clothing and sports shoes.
  • Towel and Water Bottle!

FEES

  • Direct Debit: $6.00
  • 8 Weeks Pre-Paid: $64.00
  • Causual: $10.00

DIRECT DEBIT terms

  • Minimum 8 week commitment.
  • Can be suspended or cancelled at any time after 8 weeks.
  • Cancellations or payment suspension before the 8 week commitment period has been fulfilled is at the sole discretion of the service provider.
  • Cancellations or suspensions require 1 weeks notice.

PRE-PAID terms

All pre-paid fees are on a 'use it or lose it' basis unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed to by the service provider.
