Personal Training sessions are held either in our fully equipped air-conditioned private residential studio gym or at the Redcliffe PCYC weight training and cardio rooms. Sessions can also be held in various indoor and outdoor spaces available in and around the Redcliffe peninsula to provide a variety of training environments and options to ensure maximum motivation and results.
