YOGA

Yoga is for everyone, irrelevant of age, gender and physical capabilities.  If you are unable to get down or get off a mat, yoga can be done on a chair.

Yoga creates balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibilty.

Yoga stretches keep your spine, muscles and internal organs strong, pliable and healthy along with abdominal exercises to strengthen your core.

The yoga postures/asanas  improve your fitness, flexiblity and stamina while the breathing, relaxation and meditation practices will help you relax, de-stress and nurture a more balanced and positive outlook in life.  Some of the breathing exercises are also very beneficial for insomnia, regulating blood pressure and asthma.

CLASSES

  • Monday 5.30 to 6.45pm (Beginners to Advanced).

FEES

Plus PCYC annual membership if applicable.

  • Adult $13.00
  • Conc.$10.00
  • Children accompanied by adult $15.00 (If you feel by bringing a child you will not relax , or it would not be fair to other students, perhaps this should be your timeout)
  • Children unaccompanied $5.00 (Children over 8 )

Please  bring a mat/towel with a small cushion and light covering for relaxation AND A BIG SMILE!
